Vendor Responsibility: All shipping is handled by the respective vendors of the purchased products. WedSetter does not manage the shipping process directly.

Please be aware that Delivery Fees will be calculated after each order is submitted and is subject to each vendors delivery policies prior to service confirmation.

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns

  • Eligibility: Refunds, replacements, or returns are permitted up until 45 days prior to the nominated event date. After this period, changes to orders cannot be accommodated.

  • Process: To initiate a refund, replacement, or return, please contact our customer service team at hello@wedsetter.com with your order details.

  • Conditions: Return or refunded items can and will be determined on a case by case basis.

Limitation of Liability

WedSetter Marketplace is not responsible for the actions of third-party vendors, including but not limited to shipping delays, damages during transit, or lost packages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
